Who we are

A local air conditioning company focused on doing it right

We’re an air conditioning company serving Teesside and the surrounding area. We install, service, maintain and repair systems for homeowners, landlords and businesses, from single wall-mounted units in bedrooms and home offices to multi-room systems for shops, offices and commercial premises.

Our work is built around one idea: a system should be designed for the space it serves. That means surveying properly, sizing correctly, positioning units with care and explaining everything clearly. Then we’re there afterwards for servicing and support.

Why air conditioning makes sense in the North East

Teesside isn’t known for heatwaves, but warmer summers, well-insulated modern homes, loft conversions, south-facing rooms and conservatories can all become uncomfortably hot. Workplaces with computers, equipment and people can overheat even on mild days.

Modern split systems are also air-to-air heat pumps, so they can heat efficiently in the colder months. For many of our customers, that year-round comfort is what makes the investment worthwhile.

How we work

The principles behind every job

A single bedroom unit gets the same care as a commercial fit-out. These are the standards behind every service we offer, wherever you are across Teesside.

Honest advice, even when it means less work

We recommend what actually suits your space and budget. If a smaller system, a repair rather than a replacement, or simply better shading would solve the problem, we’ll tell you.

Design before equipment

Correct sizing, sensible unit positions and well-planned pipe routes matter more than the brand on the front. The details you can’t see are as important as the ones you can.

Respect for your property

Dust sheets down, careful drilling, tidy trunking and a thorough clean-up. We treat every home and workplace the way we’d expect our own to be treated.

Clear communication

You’ll know what’s happening, when, and what it costs. We confirm arrangements in advance and keep you informed from the first call to the final handover.

Our approach

What does a quality installation look like?

“The right system, in the right place, installed properly, then looked after for years to come.”

  • Correct sizing

Capacity is worked out from room dimensions, glazing, orientation, insulation and heat from people and equipment. It is never guessed from floor area alone.

  • Thoughtful positioning

Indoor units are placed to spread air evenly without blowing directly onto beds, desks or sofas. Outdoor units go where they’re accessible for servicing and considerate to neighbours.

  • Proper commissioning

Refrigerant pipework is pressure-tested and evacuated before the system is started, and performance is checked before handover.

  • A clear handover

We show you how to use the controls, modes and timers, explain filter cleaning and recommend a sensible servicing interval.

FAQs

Getting to know us

Common questions about who we are and how we work.

What kind of work do you take on?

We install, replace, service, maintain and repair air conditioning for homes, landlords and businesses. That includes single-room split systems, multi-split systems, ceiling cassettes and commercial installations for offices, shops and hospitality venues.

Do you only work in Teesside?

Our main area is Teesside, including Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Hartlepool, Redcar and Yarm, and we also cover surrounding areas such as Darlington, Newton Aycliffe and parts of County Durham. The full list is on our Areas We Cover page.

Can you advise if I’m not sure air conditioning is right for me?

Absolutely. Many enquiries start with a simple question about whether air conditioning will solve a problem, such as an overheating bedroom, a conservatory that’s too hot or cold, or a stuffy office. We’ll give you an honest answer, even if that means suggesting an alternative.

What should I ask any air conditioning installer?

Ask whether they will survey the space before quoting, how they size the system, where they propose to put the indoor and outdoor units, what is included in the price, and for proof that engineers handling refrigerant are F-Gas certified, as required in the UK.
