Which type of air conditioning system do I need?
It depends on the size and layout of the space, how many rooms you want to control and where units can be positioned. For a single room, a split system is usually the best fit; for several rooms, a multi-split system may be more practical. We’ll recommend the right option after a survey.
What’s the difference between servicing and maintenance?
Servicing is a one-off visit, usually once a year, that cleans and checks a system. Maintenance is an ongoing, scheduled programme, typically for businesses and landlords, covering one or more systems with regular visits, records and priority for issues. See planned maintenance for details.
Do you service and repair systems you did not install?
In most cases, yes. We can service, maintain and diagnose faults on many existing systems. Let us know the make and model if you have it, along with any error codes or symptoms, and we’ll advise on the next steps.
Is air conditioning expensive to run?
Running costs depend on the size of the system, how often it’s used, how well the room is insulated and your electricity tariff. Modern inverter systems adjust their output to match demand rather than switching fully on and off, which helps them run efficiently. Correct sizing and regular servicing also make a real difference.
Can you install air conditioning in commercial premises?
